Midthunder is one of the citizens of the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Tribe. She was born in Shiprock, New Mexico on the Navajo Nation. Later, she relocated into Santa Fe and studied at the Academy for Technology and the Classics and her mother was the manager of the casting studio. Amber's dad is Native American, and they have both joined the Fort Peck Sioux Tribe. Amber's mother has been adoptive. Amber has unknown mixed ethnic heritage. Prey is a film with a large Native American cast including an incredible first-timer Dakota Beavers, as Naru's brother and a producer, Jhane Myers. He plays Comanche and Blackfeet and advised on the film extensively. Due to the era that the film was set in, the actors couldn't cast just any animal. Coco the charming animal actress who is playing Sarii was chosen due to her distinctive species that is known as the American Dingo. Carolina Dogs are one of oldest breeds.
TJ is also able to convey a distinct message. In the course of the film TJ describes how much Amanda is in love with him, and how she's her everything (although we could infer that some of the narration is related to Amanda's child). He confessed his feelings towards her but she refused him as she was dating Daniel. Jack later got married to Amanda. Emily, however was open about her feelings after Amanda died. Seit then, the two became best buddies. The show concludes with their wedding. Amanda is the only one to kiss Wilf at midnight. The prize pot is won single handed
